Are you a Real Estate agent or an investor?
Although we are a licensed Real Estate brokerage company, we don't want to list or sell your home the conventional way. We also do not want to sell you a mortgage. As a matter of fact we don't want to sell you anything. Instead, we and our affiliated private investors specialize in buying 'non-performing loans'.
How do you intend to find a solution for me?
We are real investors, physically located in your area, San Diego County, and will work with you in person. We will not sell your information nor use it in any way other than to confidentially and personally contact you. Working in the area for many years, we have a great understanding of your market and your situation, however difficult it might be. Many of our customers are surprised when we present them options they haven't heard or thought of and nobody else has offered to them before.
